Bottle Rocket Pesca-Tavern — South Downtown Atlanta
Bottle Rocket has been a downtown Atlanta neighborhood staple for 15 years, serving fresh fish, sushi, grill, and strong hospitality in a laid-back, high-energy environment.
We are currently hiring sushi cooks to help build and grow our lunch and dinner sushi program.
This is not a fine dining or “celebrity chef” environment. We focus on straightforward, fast-paced, no-frills sushi built around consistency, clean execution, fresh product, and taking care of people.
We are looking for people who:
Have sushi experience
Can make clean, consistent rolls
Understand urgency and teamwork
