The Talent Acquisition Recruiting & People Analytics Partner is part of the Talent Acquisition and Innovation (TAI) Center of Excellence at RWJBarnabas Health. This role focuses on transforming talent acquisition and workforce data into clear, actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making through data analytics. You will design, develop, and manage dashboards and reports that promote transparency, accountability, and strategic planning across the organization while partnering closely with HR and senior leaders.

As a Recruiting & People Analytics Partner in Talent Acquisition, a typical day might include:

  • Pulling, validating, and analyzing talent acquisition and workforce data from systems including PeopleSoft, Symplr Talent Analytics, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Partnering with HRIS and Data Analytics teams to build, refine, and maintain queries and reporting solutions.
  • Using data analytics to identify recruiting and human capital trends that inform business and strategic decisions.
  • Identifying data trends and delivering actionable insights to Talent Acquisition leaders to improve outcomes.
  • Creating interactive, visually compelling dashboards and reports that translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Preparing and presenting data analytics findings to senior leaders, HR site leaders, and Talent Acquisition partners.
  • Conducting regular or ad hoc audits within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Training stakeholders on how to access, run, and interpret standard TA and workforce reports.
  • Serving as a subject-matter expert on talent acquisition data analytics and the connection between data, performance, and outcomes.

This role might be for you if:

  • You enjoy working with data and turning complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • You are detail oriented and value data accuracy and consistency.
  • You are comfortable working across multiple reporting systems, tools, and dashboards.
  • You enjoy collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Data Analytics teams.
  • You can confidently communicate data insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • You are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have demonstrated experience capturing, analyzing, and interpreting data through data analytics. You should also have strong proficiency in Excel (including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables) and experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, CRM, or similar data platforms. Strong planning, problem‑solving, communication, and time management skills are required. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in data analytics, data science or a related business program.
