We are looking for a motivated **HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our team and help us identify, attract, and hire top talent.
**Position:** HR Recruiter

**Responsibilities:**
* Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels
* Review resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
* Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
* Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
* Support the full hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
* Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
**Requirements:**
* 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with LinkedIn recruiting and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
* Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities
* Good understanding of hiring processes and candidate evaluation
**Preferred Skills:**
* Experience recruiting for technical roles (IT, Software Engineering, Data, AI)
* Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment strategies
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
