The Impact You’ll Make As a trusted member of our behavioral health team, you will: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations Diagnose and treat a broad range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health conditions Create individualized treatment plans alongside an interdisciplinary care team Recommend and manage psychotherapeutic and medication‑based interventions Partner with facility staff on behavioral strategies and holistic care planning Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare professionals And yes—this role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, no on‑call, and the flexibility to manage your own time.
