Order Picker 

Staffmax is partnering with our client to hire reliable Order Pickers for a fast-paced distribution warehouse in Chicago. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically capable, and enjoy working in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners

• Label and prepare shipments for delivery

• Restock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy

• Operate pallet jacks or electric riders (if certified)

• Perform visual quality checks to ensure correct products are shipped

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Meet daily pick targets while following safety protocols

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in a warehouse or order picking role

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer/scanner skills
