Job Title: Floor Assembler

Location: Hoffman Estates, IL

Employment Type: Contract (temp to hire)

Compensation: $23.50 /hr.

Schedule: 40 hrs/Week. - (1 st shift)

6:00 am to 2:30 pm

What You'll Do:

• Perform prescribed quality sight checks or checks on functionality. 
• Incumbent needs to have a certain degree of theoretical knowledge and procedural understanding to operate in qualified assembly processes, which includes effective usage of several tools and machines during the assembly process. 
• Assembly process, however still repetitive and routine. 
• Incumbent needs to have a certain degree of theoretical knowledge and procedural understanding to operate in qualified assembly processes, which includes effective usage of several tools and machines during the assembly process. 
• Assembly process, however, is still repetitive and routine. 
• Deliver full range service in a defined and focused technical or administrative area of work. In contrast, clear input/output relations and generic and work-specific guidelines and procedures are given or available. 
• Deliver a limited range of practical, technical, operative and clerical processes within an area of work. 
• Work routines are repetitive by nature, but may take some seconds to some minutes each.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly operations.

• Positions need a basic level of theoretical and practical know-how, skills, and typically some level of related years of experience in specialized processes, techniques, and systems used in office, production, or lab environments.
• Knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, general facts and information is necessary, usually acquired through training on the job.
• Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines and skills in the related field of work.
