Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Remote) Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple projects, coordinate campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital, and content channels.

  • Assist in creating, editing, and publishing marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.

  • Schedule and manage social media content calendars.

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with key metrics and insights.

  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Maintain marketing assets, brand guidelines, and digital content libraries.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Support virtual events, webinars, and promotional activities.

  • Update website content and marketing materials as needed.

  • Assist with lead generation and CRM data management.

  • Track project timelines, budgets, and campaign deliverables.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

  • Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
