As a Human Resources Coordinator, here’s a big picture view of what you’ll do:

• Support all HR functions, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits and employee development
• Manage recruitment efforts, conduct new hire orientations and monitor career pathing programs
• Maintain HR Information System and ensure compliance with federal/state employment regulations
• Performs all branch payroll activities, including, but not limited to transferring/inputting client orders to the system, organizing and entering time slips, verifying visits for each client, calculating pay, making appropriate deductions, auditing input, and processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll

A few must-haves for Human Resources Coordinators:

• Two-year degree or equivalent years in training or work experience
• Two years of Human Resources or other related experience, ideally in healthcare
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices and home care regulations
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and computer software proficiency
