Important Requirement
Candidate must be willing to travel locally using their personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Work on ATS/VMS systems
Manage requisitions and coordinate with hiring managers
Screen candidates and support interview scheduling
Generate HR and workforce planning reports
Provide system support and training to HR teams and end users
Work closely with MSP and HR teams for reporting and process support
Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of HR / recruiting / coordination experience
Experience with ATS systems (Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, etc.)
Exposure to VMS / MSP tools
Strong communication and coordination skills
Comfortable with reporting and administrative HR tasks
