• Solve problems! Dive into real-world projects from day one, addressing dynamic challenges and contributing to the company's growth.
• Onboarding & Training (Months 1-2): Receive one-on-one mentorship and weekly feedback from seasoned growth experts. You will master our core marketing tech stack, learn the fundamentals of the digital sales funnel, and build your essential toolkit in data analytics and campaign architecture.
• Project Immersion (Months 3-4): Working closely with our Growth & Marketing Team, you will dive into hands-on projects across three four core areas:
• Paid Media Strategy: Planning and executing high-impact campaigns.
• Conversion Optimization: Designing and testing landing pages and user journeys to turn clicks into loyal customers.
• Channel Scaling: Identifying new growth opportunities and testing untapped digital channels to expand our market reach.

• You are smarter than the average, a team player, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a hands-on problem solver.
• An analytical mindset eager to master ROI, pipeline metrics, and new tech.
• Digital native - even without programming experience, you are a techie at heart and love to learn new technologies.
• At least finalizing your BSc degree in Marketing, Business, Science or related studies.
• Prior relevant work experience, i.e., in consulting, tech startups, or other fast-paced, innovative environments.
• Professional fluency in English and German to lead international growth.
