Job Description

Asia International, Inc, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support food safety and quality standards across our operations. In this role, you will help ensure products, processes, and documentation meet internal requirements, customer expectations, and applicable regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and support food safety and quality assurance programs across production and related functions.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and verification activities to help ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
  • Review documentation, records, and corrective actions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and support root cause analysis.
  • Assist with investigations related to product quality, nonconformances, complaints, and preventive actions.
  • Support training efforts to reinforce food safety, sanitation, and quality expectations.
  • Help maintain readiness for internal, customer, and third-party audits.
  • Track trends, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and other applicable food safety programs.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in food safety, quality assurance, quality control, or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of food safety standards, GMPs, HACCP principles, and sanitation practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and document issues clearly.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams and levels.
  • Comfort working with documentation, audits, corrective actions, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Ability to manage priorities, follow procedures, and work independently with sound judgment.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support issue resolution and improvement efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in food manufacturing, processing, distribution, or packaging operations.
  • Familiarity with SQF, BRCGS, FSMA, or similar food safety schemes and regulations.
  • Experience supporting internal audits, customer audits, or regulatory inspections.
  • Knowledge of CAPA systems, document control, and quality record management.
  • Certification or training in HACCP, food defense, allergen control, or related areas.
