Position Overview
We are hiring an Event Staff member to support the coordination and execution of client engagement activities, promotional events, and in-person outreach initiatives in the Los Angeles area. This entry-level position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event operations while delivering outstanding service in a collaborative environment. Full training is provided.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the setup, preparation, and breakdown of events and promotional activities
* Support event coordinators with on-site event operations and logistics
* Welcome attendees and provide accurate event information in a professional manner
* Distribute event materials, promotional items, and registration resources
* Help maintain smooth event flow and ensure a positive guest experience
* Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* No prior experience required; paid training provided
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
* Reliable with excellent organizational skills
* Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout scheduled events
