Job Title: Contract Sourcing Recruiter

Location: Irvine, California 92614
Duration: 6 MonthsPay Range: XXXXXXXXXXX - XXXXXXXXXXX/hour

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Sourcing Recruiter with 2-3 years of technical sourcing experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top technical talent to support our company's rapid growth and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Active Sourcing: Proactively search for and identify qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, technical communities, and job boards.
• Rapidly build a strong top of funnel pipeline through targeted outreach and strategic networking.
• Technical Assessment: Administer online technical assessments to assess candidates technical skills, qualifications, and alignment with job requirements.
• Continuously refine sourcing strategies to improve speed, quality, and conversion at the top of the funnel
• Build short term candidate relationships to support rapid submittals and immediate hiring needs

Basic Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience in technical recruiting, technical sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets (Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, Data Engineers, GenAI Engineers, etc.)
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search operators, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills, attention. to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing for automotive, IT infrastructure, or SaaS technology companies
• Knowledge of software development languages, frameworks, and IT infrastructure concepts (Java, Python, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Familiarity with technical sourcing automation tools and applicant tracking platforms
• Previous experience recruiting for startup or fast-growth, scale-up environments
