Assistant Herdsman/Herdsperson position available on 270 cow modern dairy farm with newer 24-stall rotary parlor and new free stall barn in West Central Indiana. MUST be able to work independently, be a self-starter, and work well with others. Responsibilities include taking care of herd health, maternity, reproduction, and supervising the milking operation. Prefer someone with recent college degree and experience with all of the above but willing to train someone with limited experience as long as they have a good attitude and willingness to learn. Must speak English. Housing available.
