Senior Real Estate Debt Asset Manager
Job Summary
As a Senior Real Estate Debt Asset Manager, you will serve as the day-to-day leadership partner of the Head of Asset Management, and will have direct responsibility for asset managing a subset of the portfolio’s most complex and higher-risk positions across a $10B+ commercial real estate debt platform (including senior loans, mortgages, and mezzanine/structured positions). You will drive disciplined performance oversight, risk management, and value preservation. You would be expected to have significant experience with loan documents, covenant administration, and valuation / mark-to-market processes.
This role requires a highly effective negotiator who can clearly articulate positions, advocate for outcomes, and navigate high-stakes conversations with senior stakeholders, while maintaining a strong control mindset and an exceptional borrower/investor experience.
