Our Kelly Education Strategic Account Director is accountable for:

• Developing and advancing strong strategic relationships with customer end users (principals, administration, superintendents, board members, etc.) by understanding their individual business and overall staffing needs.
• Proactively identifying and implementing work processes that improve speed, productivity, efficiency, cost, and/or customer experience.
• Overseeing a team who are responsible for the temporary workforce including, but not limited to, turnover, coaching, counseling, terminations, co-employment, sexual harassment investigations, acting as appropriate.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Successful creation and maintenance of high-level strategic client relationships 
• Management of P&L 
• Has a depth of working operational knowledge on total supply chain 
• History of success in account strategy and management 
• 10 years of high-level client account management, team leadership, and operations experience within the staffing, HR, or related industry and 5 years of required people leadership experience

This is an onsite role Monday - Friday 8am-5pm EST. Candidates must be able to travel locally up to 30% locally for hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other applicable events.  Required to have a valid US Driver's license in good standing.

Base pay range for this position is $120 ,000– $160,000 per year.  Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
